Raw Adrenaline Fitness Return and Refund Policy

At Raw Adrenaline Fitness, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following requirements before requesting a return or exchange.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us within this period to receive return authorization and instructions before sending anything back.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging and included accessories must be returned.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Personalized or customized items and items used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for standard returns. This does not exclude reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact Rawadrenalinefitness@yahoo.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photos. We will review the issue and provide instructions. Do not send the item back before contacting us.

Return Process

  1. Email Rawadrenalinefitness@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return, and request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once authorized, securely pack the item with its original packaging, tags, accessories and proof of purchase.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our Customer Support team. Do not use another address without our instructions.
  5. We will inspect the returned item to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. For items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us before paying for return postage so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

If you pay the carrier directly for return shipping, that postage will not also be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a refund is required by applicable law.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, follow the return process above and specify the replacement item and size you would like. Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you about the available options.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
